Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing aifinancepath.pro, submitting forms, or enrolling in any programme offered by AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202920638K), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Description of services

AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. provides vocational AI financial management education including live cohort courses, self-paced modules, weekend intensives, corporate team workshops, one-to-one budget review sessions, and alumni Q&A forums. All content is educational training — not investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning under MAS licensing frameworks.

3. Eligibility and registration

Participants must be at least eighteen years old. Corporate bookings require an authorised representative with authority to bind the organisation. You warrant that registration information is accurate and will notify us of material changes.

4. Fees, invoicing, and GST

Prices displayed or quoted are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax applies where required. Payment terms appear on invoices. Late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment. Fee revisions apply to future bookings only.

5. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds

Cohort registrations may transfer to a subsequent intake with fourteen days written notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit fees unless exceptional circumstances are agreed in writing. Self-paced module purchases are non-refundable once access credentials are issued. Corporate contracts may specify separate cancellation terms in signed agreements.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, prompt libraries, templates, website content, and branding are owned by AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Enrolment grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for educational use. Redistribution, commercial resale, public posting, or reverse engineering of materials is prohibited without written consent.

7. Acceptable use and conduct

You must not: misuse AI tools taught in courses for fraud, harassment, or unlicensed regulated advisory; share real bank credentials in classroom environments; disrupt sessions or website operations; scrape or harvest data from aifinancepath.pro; impersonate staff or other participants; or upload malicious code. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Educational disclaimers

Our courses teach practical AI-assisted methods for personal financial organisation, budgeting and expense tracking. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee savings outcomes, portfolio returns or specific financial results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — money decisions require human judgment and, where appropriate, licensed professional advice. Course examples may contain errors. AI-generated content requires independent verification. Past participant experiences do not guarantee similar outcomes. Certificates confirm training participation — not professional accreditation as financial advisers.

9. Third-party AI tools

ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other tools referenced in curriculum are third-party services subject to their own terms and privacy policies. AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. does not control AI outputs and is not liable for third-party service interruptions or content accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or savings, arising from course participation or website use. Direct liability is capped at fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of course materials, violation of third-party rights, or unlawful use of AI tools.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, or third-party service outages. Alternative delivery formats may be offered where feasible, including rescheduled cohort sessions or temporary online components of equivalent educational value.

13. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing signed by an authorised officer of AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd..

13. Finance path clarification

The "finance path" brand and pathway step labels describe an educational curriculum sequence — not a guaranteed financial outcome, investment advisory relationship, or trading platform service. AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. delivers vocational financial literacy training only.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' intent where possible.

17. Entire agreement

These terms together with enrolment confirmations and corporate contracts constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and standard course delivery, superseding prior oral or written understandings except where a signed corporate contract explicitly overrides specific clauses.

18. Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice posted on aifinancepath.pro.

19. Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination of enrolment or website access.

20. Language

These terms are written in English. Translated summaries for convenience do not override the English version in case of inconsistency.

21. Notices

Formal notices to AI Finance Path Pte. Ltd. must be sent by email to [email protected] with read receipt requested, or by registered post to 20 McCallum Street, #09-01, Singapore 069046. Notices to you will be sent to the email address provided at enrolment or submission.

22. Recording of sessions

We may record facilitator demonstrations for internal quality assurance with participant notice. Recordings are not sold or used for marketing without separate consent. Participants may opt out of appearing on camera during hybrid sessions.

23. Feedback and testimonials

Voluntary testimonials may be collected after course completion. We will not attribute quotes to you without explicit written permission and will never imply guaranteed financial results in any published feedback.
